My furniture and pictures were damaged with mold and I had to scrub and throw away items haven't heard anything back, nice area but it was so bad my tvs went out
Used them once I came back home from college. Loved the 24/7 access and that it was local to me.
Great spot to store your things at. The customer service is on point.
Y’all beware, if you have a storage unit at this facility someone was going around cutting open units. When we spoke with the facility asking for reimbursement for the things stolen or to file a police report, they said there was nothing they can do about it and the camera that is right above our storage unit “hasn’t worked in decades.” What’s the point of having a security system if it doesn’t even work??? Don’t trust this storage facility!!!!
I have been renting for about 2 years with them, and they have been great; very reliable, affordable, and offer great customer service! Would definitely recommend them.
