About three months ago I went to Home Depot to buy a Tuff Shed storage. Unfortunately no one knew anything about the Tuff Shed storages that they had in their parking lot. Then I cheeked out Tuff Shed website and came across the one on 7908 and Highway 99. I was pleased to meet Frank Kolar, the local dealer. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and honest about all kinds of Tuff Shed products. We bought a Tuff shed, because it was well built. There was some miss communication between the office and the sub contractor putting the shed together. But it all worked out.
Below is the original post. After much discussion, Tuff Shed fixed the problem and you can see the after photos. I bumped up my rating now that the issue is resolved. Frank was good at first but was completely silent when we ran into an issue with structure. It failed inspection several times and their final proposed solution is what you see in the picture. At my home in Vancouver I considered building my own shed and priced out the supplies. I stopped by franks tuff she'd store in Vancouver and he was able to set me up with the highest quality shed for a reasonable price. I would refer grand and his accommodating sales style to everyone. Thanks frank
