The carts are in terrible condition, the bathroom is either locked or when unlocked, disgusting. The price is too high. However, Kora and Brooke at the Wyncote location are very helpful and pleasant…
They were professional from the start. They communicate everything very well. They keep you abreast of things so you’re not caught off guard. When I had a concern about my unit, they were on top of it. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Cora is amazing. She’s helpful and personable. She’s great customer service personified.
