Great straight-to-the-point-high-end-excellent customer service. The manager Kora was wonderful. She answered all of my questions. She found the best space for my budget and she gave great recommendations. I came in to ask a question and left out with unit. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Such a great experience.
The process of getting the storage unit was quick fast and easy. Even when moving out there were no issues and all communication was always clear from day 1.
Danielle was amazing! She helped me with my issue quickly and happily! Snapbox should have more employees like her!
This facility was most times, not clean. Had mouse droppings inside my unit, though the unit did not have any food in it whatsoever just furniture and boxes with my personal effects the level of professionalism at this particular location from the managers and The managers that sit at the reception area just was not acceptable.
