Cohen was very helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit. I’ve never used one before, and he did a great job of explaining the whole process how to access and how to pay. He was very thorough and walked me around to different units to help determine which one was best for me.
I arrived at 4 to pick up my Uhaul and the doors were locked and no employee on premises I called the number on the door and did not get an answer so I called Uhaul customer service. After being on the phone with them for about 45 minutes the employee finally pulls up (the business closed in about 30 minutes). You need a 30 day notice or they charge you another month. With how life goes you are pretty much going to get your money stolen for another month guaranteed if you are in housing limbo.
