Brittany at Storage Sense was amazing and very helpful in setting up my storage unit!
I can’t comment on the management of the storage spaces/lockers, but the management of the lot spaces for trailers was very poor. I would take one of my trailers off property to use it, and when I returned someone else would have parked their trailers or trucks in my space. Management did nothing about it. And it continued to happen. The District Manager cares nothing about the customer experience as he was asked to call me on 3 separate occasions and never did.
