I arrived at 4 to pick up my Uhaul and the doors were locked and no employee on premises I called the number on the door and did not get an answer so I called Uhaul customer service. After being on the phone with them for about 45 minutes the employee finally pulls up (the business closed in about 30 minutes). After finally getting inside the business I was informed the truck I had been waiting for was "out of service" and not available for pick up. You need a 30 day notice or they charge you another month. With how life goes you are pretty much going to get your money stolen for another month guaranteed if you are in housing limbo.

They added an extra fee for security purposes which is apparently not optional
