Constantly closing before hours and leaving site so if you happen to come unfortunately 30 minutes before close, nobody will be there to assist you. Nobody ever picks the phone up and when they do, they are NEVER helpful. Would give negative stars if possible. Terrible storage place, will be getting a refund and filing a complaint.
They keep taking my stuff
Long time customer first with Admiral storage now with storage sense , customer service from the on site management is top notch handling all my needs and (I have several units on Ellington rd) always on short notice and with a smile even with my prickly personality
Great people clean place very helpful and respectful I tell friend and family about this place
DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE MY brother was renting almost an year and was asking if they can give him an better rate for they said no we found an better place that we can pau for an year and they give us an deal
