Found significant water damage and mold on my items. Because I didn’t photograph the items, Mark wouldn’t entertain any conversations regarding the damage
Horrible experience $275 for 1 month. 5×5. . Scam after scam. Fee after fee. Manager is just rude, disrespectful to customers. Worst customer service. .BEWARE SCARY
Mike was very courteous n helpful! I rented for 5 months n never had any issues it was always clean, well lit n very responsive management .. Jen was sweet, understanding , propert was spot less. I was hesitant when I read older reviews but they definitely turned the place around.. Update .. recently used this facility again n I can't even begin to tell u the hell this manager has put me thru n how rude n nasty he is not to mention the rat poop Bring the old crew back
