UPDATE! After my stuff being there for a while I have to take back my comment saying my stuff is safe! Prepare for mice to be on EVERYTHING and eat EVERYTHING!! I FOUND PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING COVERED IN MOUSE POOP AND STUFF RUINED FROM MICE EATING THROUGH BOXES AND MY STUFF!! And the MOLD that grew on my stuff from the moisture of the place! IM SO HURT AND UPSET! (The comment below is from when I 1st moved in) Erik is great! The storage facility is clean and I feel my stuff will be safe there.
Tammy gave the best customer service and very helpful and kind and upbeat and friendly. I was blown away how excellent customer service was.
Had a really great experience. Staff was very welcoming and gave great reassurance that my belongings will b safe . Very clean environment and the 1 month free promotion is a GREAT DEAL🎉
