Used to be happy with this place but not anymore want to charge additional price for water that's the reason I'm moving out by April 25th

Really starting to be disappointed in this place been here for a long time never late on my payment and was gave permission to use the water spigot whenever I wanted to now there's a lock on there I guess there's a water restriction now never heard of such crap in my life
