Update* They’ve raised rent yet again. Called to inquire and was told that they would “get a hold of someone for me” and then never called me back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I’ve had a unit here for about 3 years now and loved it when it was the original owners, but these new owners are a bunch of crooks. Since they’ve taken over they’ve raised the rent multiple times and even tried to force you to purchase an insurance plan through them to add even more to your rent. The unit itself is fine. However, the price increase made it no longer worth it.
