They were helpful, friendly, and the best price in the area.
I have been at this location for years. The rent seems to go up every 6 months or so. What started out at $75 a month is now $150 a month for a 10x10 unit. When I went to the web site it shows a 10x15 is unit is $74 a month It seems to me that I am being penalized for being and staying loyal customer. It is apparent that they don’t want customers to stay.
Update* They’ve raised rent yet again. Called to inquire and was told that they would “get a hold of someone for me” and then never called me back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I’ve had a unit here for about 3 years now and loved it when it was the original owners, but these new owners are a bunch of crooks. Since they’ve taken over they’ve raised the rent multiple times and even tried to force you to purchase an insurance plan through them to add even more to your rent.
