The manager, William, is very helpful and kind! Nice, clean facilities. This is our second year using this storage facility. Tip: make a reservation online but make the rental by calling the store. They charge a fee for completing the reservation on the web but they don’t if you call the store.
Fantastic facility and easy in/out operation. Worked with William on picking the best size for moving my child out of first year dorms, and was signed up quickly and easily. Awesome service, thanks William!
Derrick was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a storage unit. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is very clean and climate controlled. Derrick also took the time to explain everything from security measures to regular pest control and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, a really great experience!
