Initial meeting with William and Melanie was great. Very easy registration and very informative. On subsequent visits Melanie was very helpful about supplies and using front door for easier access to my unit. Thanks.
I love this place; I was about 5 minutes late and they were closed. The gentleman in and helped me recover my storage entry passwords.
Service desk was very helpful. We were accommodated even though we came in near closing time. We got a storage unit the same day! Overall, excellent service and well-maintained storage units.
The storage building was always clean and everyone that worked there was always nice and polite. Great customer service was experienced and a great location.
