William was great! He explained exactly how things work and patiently walked me through the contract. The facility is nice - clean and secure. Very positive leasing experience.
It was really easy to get the storage unit online. The prices were reasonable and the let us know in advance when they were increasing prices. The moveout was super easy as well, all we had to do was move our stuff out, sweep and leave the door open. They sent me a moved out receipt, thats all. 10/10
