I love this place; I was about 5 minutes late and they were closed. The gentleman in and helped me recover my storage entry passwords.
Service desk was very helpful. We were accommodated even though we came in near closing time. We got a storage unit the same day! Overall, excellent service and well-maintained storage units.
The storage building was always clean and everyone that worked there was always nice and polite. Great customer service was experienced and a great location.

Met with Derrick Brown sales rep at the front desk, he helped me with all my questions about their storage facility and how it works, including the rules and regulations. He is very knowledgable and has charisma! Give this man a raise for his efforts!
