This company has got to be the biggest rip off I believe I have ever rented with, my bill at the Merriam woods Missouri unit, went from $48 a month, for 2 months and then jumped to $78. No notice was given other than a bill when it was time for payment, needless to say I moved my stuff immediately from my little 5 x 10 unit. Beware Beware !!!!!!
This facility stays very clean and the maintenance tech Carrie is very helpful with any questions or concerns.
The time on hold wasn't too long and Nishanth was about one of the most helpful and courteous customer service representatives I've ever talked to.
