Disappointed with this place, had to move out of my apartment quickly and went with this place. I only rented for a short time, raised the rent within months. Was too expensive for me and what I was paying for.
No one local to communicate with directly. Cancelled unit before moving in with agent on phone (not local). Was told I’d receive email confirming cancellation—nothing! This is precisely why I opted not to entrust our belongings to a black hole of irresponsibility.
Making the rental was easy and the unit was as expected. Thanks for your service.
