Very easy online process. The customer support team does an excellent job of guiding you through each step.
My exoerience in setting up my contract was easy and flawless. The monthly cost is reasonable.
Too expensive!
The unit I got was perfect for the things I needed to store. I had the unit longer than I anticipated but it worked fine. The only thing I would change would be for someone to answer the phone at that location more promptly. I think my call was answered maybe once in the year I was there. Otherwise I had to call the 800 number customer service. No one ever called me back. I am very pleased with the unit, cleanliness , etc
