This is the 2nd unit I am renting with Storage Sense. This location is in close proximity to my apartment and is very well maintained. Mr. Brian Williams is amazing. Very polite, professional and kind. Super helpful.
I've never rented a storage unit and needed one only for 2 months between the end of the school year and when our daughter moved to a new apartment. 5 stars because not only has someone picked up the phone quickly when I've called to ask a question /pay the bill, they were all super friendly, patient, and helpful. The Pantop location is the cleanest storage facility I have ever rented from. The manager, Brian Williams, has excellent customer service and remembers his clients, which makes for a great tenant experience. He was a breath of fresh air in the moving process. He deserves recognition by the company! The facility is easy to access and I enjoy the ease of paying my bills online.
