This was the only facility in the area at the time we needed one, which had the right size storage for a reasonable price. The manager was super helpful and friendly, the facility easily accessible, clean, and user friendly, and we used it for 3 years, never worrying about our stuff, untl we were ready to empty out our locker.

Christopher was such a big help to me. It was only his second move-in on his second day working by himself. I had a lot of questions (due to past experiences at other facilities) and he answered every one of them. He was very accommodating. I felt bad that I came in 30 minutes before closing but he still took his time to ensure everything was setup properly and that I was satisfied. Definitely a great experience and a job very well done by Christopher!

The manager was super helpful and professional. As a former self-storage manager myself, I appreciate the attention to detail and his thoroughness, from explaining the differences in the different levels of temperature control vs climate control, showing me the available unit, and explaining process for entry, parking, and he was thorough with the details of the contract's terms. Great service, clean facility, easy check in. Only problem is the loading area is on a slight grade so the carts want to roll downhill. Maybe if y’all could put some stoppers on the castors, or some chucks to wedge the wheels.
