I was a good paying customer. I paid well in advance every month and I have never been late even during the pandemic. Storage Sense was refusing to honor a verbal agreement to waive a late fee due to an email they claim they sent about a rent increase but I never received. The people I spoke with threatened to sell my stuff and lock me out, even were ok with losing a good paying customer instead of honoring the verbal agreement. They had all kinds of excuses. I rented a unit at the Laureldale (Frush Valley Rd) location and had the unit for two years, during which time I had nothing but positive experiences with the facility, the unit, and staff. The facility was secure, clean, and safe. The unit itself was sufficient in size. Entering into the unit contract and terminating it was painless. The facility manager, Shawn, was always responsive and able to resolve any questions or concerns. I would recommend this Storage Sense location to others.
