Nothing but pure kindness to a stranger needing help, and calling me a "new"friend in a personal email ment a lot to me, I'm going through a lot of tough times and knowing I had a quick and convenient and affordable and professional experience from y'all just says everything!! Price was a little high but location and proximity to my current and future residence was a plus. There was a period of almost a week when the entry gate was broken and I wasn't able to access my unit. Never actually talked to the local manager. Was only ever able to reach the main customer service line.
