Overall… so far so good! The only complaint I have is that it I cannot access the unit 24 hours. Due to my schedule, closing for eight hours (10P - 6A) really limits my access to the unit!
The staff was very friendly and responsive to my inqiries re: renting a storage unit. I was very satisfied with tje process and that the virtual manager Bethany answered all of my questions prior to finalizing the lease agreement. All representatives that I spoke with were friendly/courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with personable people.
Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions. Instructions I received were easy as well.
