When I needed the largest unit, I rented it online. The next morning they called me and said there was a mistake and it sorry, it wasn’t available. Asked if I had to have a big unit? Yes, it was my entire home going into storage! She said give me a few minutes and I’ll call you back. Sure enough, not even 5 minutes she called and said I have gotten you two of the next size down for the same price as a big one. She was a life saver, as There weren’t any large units at all in town! That’s taking care of their customers!
