we originally had a reservation to pick up a trailer for 12pm, we were running a bit behind so we called the store and the robot voice said store manager was unavailable so i connected with the customer care center. the woman who answered (her name was barbara) cut me off mid sentence and rudely told me she wasn’t the trailer department to hold on. i got transferred to a woman in the trailer department who’s name i cant remember, she was sweet and tried to change the reservation on her end but couldn’t so she transferred me ... read more
