I would give zero stars but that’s not an option they don’t work with you when things get tight and people are in and out of hospital they rather auction your stuff off instead tried to make partial payment last night but won’t let you this place is a joke and owner should not be in business I will prey something terrible happens to that place I been there 3 years and this is how they treat their customers it’s crazy I would really advise anyone who trades this find a different storage place as these scammers prey on people ... read more
Very clean, well facility. Friendly personnel. Only issue I had was the increasing storage rent every year.
I was having issues doing my rental online and Carlos swooped in and saved me! He was happy to help me. He is auper pleasant. He is absolutely fantastic!! Don't let that one go!
Great Costumer service
Clean, secure conditioned facility. Staff was very helpful. Only complaint would be pricing Structure. Had three same sized units all with different costs.
