Carlos was so helpful and friendly! Was making sure the place was clean and also made sure I knew exactly how to open and close my unit! He was awesome. Customer service was a 10/10. Looking forward to renting from this storage unit spot!

My family was moving there things out of storage and there door on the floor was broken so they expected for everyone on that fl to make multiple trips on the elevator with large and multiple items on there flat dolly's one which needed some wd40 or replaced it sounded crazy but we needed it sharing with others that day..let's just say it was a busy day!!!The associate at the office with the door locked which is a lil wired said they were trying to get someone there by Thursday,we were there on a sat.Oh and dont go there nee... read more
