I had a very positive experience at Storage Sense in Richland Hills. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe every time I visit. The Stan & Airel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Their customer service is top-notch, they both had such a fantastic attitude and willingness to help. It’s clear they take pride in both the property and how they treat their customers. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

This is the absolute best storage place available. Storage Sense is air conditioned and safe. I used another storage place and my stuff was stolen and the rest left to mold in a water leak they didn’t bother to tell me about. From my understanding many storage areas in the DFW are getting broken into. I never had a problem with that or mice and bugs. Customer service is top notch.
