So far we've had a great experience with this We needed a place to store some things for a few months. We chose a climate control unit .It was clean and a great temperature. Storage sense was so easy and affordable.They are always friendly and helpful. facility.
Check your property our unit was broken into and storage sense has no security at the facility even though it says 24/7 refuses to assist in anyway. cut our locks off without permission and we were up to date on all payments. Magically all our stuff is missing and no one knows where it has gone.
The storage area, the grounds, the land, the customer service, the staff, the upkeep, and maintenance are all top tier at Storage Sense. I had absolutely no problems, and the staff was excellent throughout my rental, even in my transition. I absolutely love this place, and I will definitely go back to them if I need storage services in the future. My experience was a lot of confusion, renting 3 units from the same place seemed to be harder than it should have been. Everything got worked out very quickly and professionally. Happy Customer.
