I had a U-Haul reservation and online picked at counter pickup which I always do. I arrived and walked in, was halfway greeted by two women who didn’t seem to want to do any work. Told them what I was there for and was told to do it on my phone, I again started I picked the counter option and was again told no, do it on your phone. With that type of customer service I will not do any business with them, no storage, no pick up or drop off of rentals or anything I might need. I had checked on several different storage units but was not comfortable with their facilities. I visited Storage Sense and the young lady that was working was very friendly and helpful. I went online and reserved a date that evening, returned the next day and worked with a different young lady but just as friendly and helpful. She explained access, etc very clearly and professionally. Both ladies were very helpful and efficient.

7/14/26 Athena, the Mgr @ Storage Sense was super helpful today. I was having difficulty w/locking my interior air-conditioned unit & all I had to do was ask & she gladly came back to my unit & assisted me. She even showed me how to insure could get it locked properly on my own. Storage Srnse is a great facility & the staff, including Athena are professional, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable.
