My Storage Sense experience was great! Larry and Darrala are so helpful, patient, and provide great customer service. They worked with my movers to make sure we were in and out as quickly as possible.

They get two stars because the customer service was nice however, I rented a van from them for 2 days and I knew that I was going to have to bring it back late however I bring it back on Wednesday afternoon when we got there 15 to 10 minutes before they close but they were already gone and had locked the doors however they left the gate unlocked. So we drove the van in and dropped it off and dropped the keys off No damages no problems. This was on a Wednesday. They charged me for Thursday even though they had the vehicle on ... read more
