I highly recommend Storage sense of Stamford. Facility is clean and Manager Emmanuel is extremely helpful and very nice to work with. I plan to keep my storage space a long time here.
Fantastic storage. I’m very well used ,haved security, is clean and good work people.
Zero stars. Bait and switch ordering from website. Check your bills! Chat support totally useless. Phone support was terrible, two agents in a row could barely speak English, finally got an English speaking one in the fake "oh I'm sorry sometimes a website does that" then put me on hold for 10 minutes to process my refund, which never happened. Oh yeah I save pictures this report will go on the BBB website.
Remote door opener not working for 6 months. They keep giving excuses. I’m paying top dolor and nothing but excuses and delays. I have been telling the manager about this for6 months. I’m paying $5,000 a month to stove a car there. The last time I visited my car I got locked in and I had to call for help. 6 moths is too long to fix a garage door opener. I’m sorry but this is.
