Friendly personnel and very professional. I’ve been to other storage places and Westy’s is the cleanest so far.
If I could give this place a no star I would. I have sent in multiple written cancellation as well as called and left a VM to cancel my unit. They have continued to charge me for 3 months. This is getting ridiculous. I will need to report them to the BBB!!! I want all my money refunded!!!
Prices are raised every 6 months. Ridiculous.
I was there about a year and half and the price went up three times $89,$109 and $129.
