Kylea was excellent and outstanding from start to finish of the van rental experience and securing storage. Plus, the first month storage was free with the round-trip local van rental, which only had 171 miles on it and was brand new. Nice indoor storage.
I had no issues with the actual rental. The problem is with how they went about charging me. What happened was the “hold” on the money they put on my account when I rented a van went through and took the money out of my account. That isn’t a “hold”, that’s a CHARGE and the employees need to use different wording when they are explaining it. when I showed up to return the van, I was informed I had to pay the grand total, not just the difference that I owed (65 or so miles I needed to pay).
