Being in the customer service world for well over 35 years. Caleb the Lancaster storage sense management blew me away, (that's not easy). I could tell you. You need to experience it for yourselves.
Update..i had to empty my storage. I was told i was offered a free month but no one told me. If they had i would not have gone crazy burrowing money to rent a truck to empty it out on may31st. I was told i might be compensated for the mix up causing my account to overdraft. I wasn't. But i will still recommend this business. Caleb is awesome and very understanding.
