Very nice employee
I had the worst most bizarre experience ever at the facility in Hinesville. Who knew renting a storage unit would be so stressful? I rented a unit on 5/13/2025. I was informed via email that since I didn't place a lock on my unit within 2 days that I one was placed on the unit, and that I had 7 days to pick the key keys up or they would be mailed to me. I waited for the keys to be mailed because I work during their office hours (like most people). 17 days later on April 12th, I sent an email enquiring about the keys. I was t... read more
