Gary was so helpful with all the questions I had as well as my checking in and out. The location was very accessible and always clean.

It was fairly simple to rent the unit after speaking with a representative. The only issue I had was that my access code did not work initially. However, customer service was able to help me get access to the facility with an emergency code until my access code is fixed.
