**READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS** Please ignore their fake reviews and filter by lowest it is an exact product of their operations I haven't even had a storage unit with them for 6 months and they tried to sneak in a rate raise of 60 dollars a month, I called them and had to bounce 3 people to get an answer why. After calling out their predatory rate raising they offered to only raise it 20 dollars a month, ONLY 20...I haven't even had a unit with them for 6 months and they want to raise my rate 20%. Shout out to Bob! I just rented a unit at the Clayton, NC location and it was easy and convenient. Bob helped me through the renting processes of the unit and was very helpful when my door access had a hiccup. Very attentive and thorough customer service. The unit is clean and the available trolley made it easy to get my items stored. Definitely recommend if you need to store your personal items.
November 2025 update: I had 2 storage units - one 5x10 and one 10x10, both on the 2nd floor. Both units incurred 3 price hikes in the last 2 years, for a 50% increase in cost on the smaller unit and a 67% increase in cost on the larger unit. Keep in mind this is basically an empty shell of a building with concrete floors and metal walls put up to create individual storage units inside (minimal maintenance required).
