Not what I expected. Very poor service all around. Never a person on-site. Little to no communication after a lease is signed. This storage unit needs to learn how to service their customers from lease signature date throughout lease term. Plus-No carts are ever available for use. Have to physically carry my storage products myself or if I’m lucky, I “might” find a cart. There are only 4 carts provided to this facility and there are well over 500+ units. What a inconvenience!! #regretgivingthemmybusiness
AWESOME experience! After a disastrous move, the only saving grace has been Storage Sense and Store Manager Gary Cogliati in particular. The staff is so patient, kind and ready to help right down to suggestions of those last minute things you may forget, making it one less thing to worry about when you move! Thank you!
Hassle free experience!! This is the best storage facility that I've ever utilized. Such an easy access to your storage space. Carts were always readily available for usage. Thanks Storage Sense!!
