3/24/26…RECEIVED A LETTER STATING MY RENT WAS BEING RAISED ANOTHER $28/MONTH WITH LESS THAN 2 WEEKS NOTICE…AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO DRIVE INTO MY UNIT FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. I COULD NOT GET A MOVING TRUCK IN DUE TO THE BROKEN DOORS, SO MY BELONGINGS WERE BASICALLY BEING HELD HOSTAGE. Used to love working with this place of business until the last 2 1/2 months of not being able to use the drive thru. Now you must use an orange cart to add or remove anything going thru the small service door. My unit is at complete opposite end. Go figure. All this and raised my rent $43. You would think they could compensate a free month's rent.
Never answers when you call. Doors have been broken can't drive in or out. Been like this for months.
