Storage Sense in Appleton WI is an amazing place to store your things! It is VERY clean and neat! The customer service there is outstanding! They are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions! Also when I was moving my things out, I was unaware of the oil leak the truck had, so oil ended up leaking on their floor. I was attempting to clean it up when one of the workers came out and cleaned the rest of it up for me and they did not charge me the cleaning fee! Very quick process, welcoming with great customer service. The men at the front helped me reserve, or hold a storage unit so that I didn’t have to get a bigger one due to the high volume of customers and I do appreciate that, and would recommend Storage sense
The Appleton location is very clean, and the people who work there are great and have great customer service, I have recently ended my rental their but I will go back to them if I ever need a storage unit. I appreciate the great service and care they do.
I never expected to get concierge service when renting a storage unit, but it happened! Jacob helped me with my entire sign up and lease process and he was extremely informative, very kind, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Customer service like he provided is mostly unheard of these days. Mark was also very kind and informative, and the day after I signed my lease, was extremely kind and respectful (had to mention as lease signing day we didn’t speak much).
