Absolutely terrible experience. The communication is nonexistent, and the customer service is even worse. No one seems to know what’s going on, and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. The fees and policies feel misleading, and the whole experience came across like a scam. I would never recommend Storage Sense to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually values its customers.
