The manager Samantha has a horrible attitude. When I was searching for a unit she was my initial contact and I started not to rent here because of how unpleasant she was. However I came in contact with someone else and completed my rental through them.I was hospitalized and got behind on my payment and was in default. I was told I had until the day my unit was to be auctioned (July 25, 2024 @10am) to pay for my unit in full. It’s been pretty difficult trying to navigate through a situation that’s been prolonged for the last 6 months. Samantha, on her first try, was finally able to help me and solve my issue. For someone who’s constantly running back and forth, I truly applaud her for her effort. Be patient with her, and she will be patient with you!! I’ve seen people in her position, fail. She’s doing great and the best she can with what she’s given.
