This is the 2nd summer that we have used SROA on Heinz Rd in Iowa City. They have been so amazing! Kind, friendly, efficient and fairly priced. I can’t remember the woman’s name that checked us in, but she was fantastic. Jeremy moved us out and he was also fantastic. They accommodated us last minute, last summer and I am so grateful for them.

WARNING. THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK. I have had a unit at the Heinz Road location for about a month now, and the elevator has worked correctly only one of the five times I’ve brought in items to drop off. One time, I opened the elevator on the 2nd floor, only to find a woman who had been stuck inside for several minutes, unable to get the doors to open from the inside. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but the company had info on the website saying first month rent was free. I asked about it and found out it wasn't true, she explained there wasn't a promotion but if there's no promotion then take it down from the website. At this particular time I went; the elevator wasn't working correctly and it was a big inconvenience. Doors were left open for unwanted people and I shut them to protect my belongings. I'm glad I only need their services for a week
