The workers was very nice and polity
New customer to storage units as a whole. When trying to reserve a u it with this company, I was disconnected twice with no follow up callback. Then, they both even had attitude of unprofessional customer service. I had called back a 3rd time with success. When I reached the unit gate, system was down and I could not pass the gate. This storage should be investigated, they do want to take our staff, and they stolen our staff, i will definitely go to the court ASAP.
