I was completely lost about the services they offered BC of being new to renting a storage unit! But Brenda was the kindest and sweetest I have met in a long time and explained to me exactly to the point I needed! I so appreciate her patients with me especially as I am old school and don't want to catch up to today technology ugh but yes it's nice to be appreciated and thank you:)))
