From the minute I walked through the door, Emily was a true professional. Answered my questions quickly, without hesitation and showed me the unit size I was interested in. I’m a visual person, so I needed to see if it would accommodate the things I needed to store. Most would scoff at adding an additional step, but she didn’t waiver. She was beyond personable too! And that is rare these days. Thanks for all of your assistance Emily!
Emily was a JOY! She helped with every question I had with a smile on her face the whole time. I’m not quite ready to get a unit right now but I know when I am I’ll be heading straight to Emily. Somebody give that a girl a raise!!!!
Cheyenne is amazing! This is the only place you should go to for a safe, secure, taken care of unit. My mom was looking for a rental unit while she is staying with us and the choices around here are questionable. This location is not only safe, but they have an actual person you can talk to in the front office! I'm unsure when all of these storage facilities decided to take away the front desk attendant (which makes me question the safety of the units), but to charge extra for insurance that doesn't cover your own items? This company has raised the rent on the unit every few months until I’m pay twice as much as when I started less than 2 years ago I don’t suggest anyone doing business with them! I paid m last months rent today and I found a bigger unit right down the street for half the price! I hope they go outta business. I’m sure I’m not the only person they’ve done this too! You can buy a storage building for about the cost of a year’s worth of rent here
