After standing outside for close to an hour not able to get any one from any of the locations in camden to answer and left on hold so long with corporate the line disconnected I gotta say I'm not happy. We came to move my MIL stuff out to be put in her new home and all the doors to the inside units are locked and we couldn't get in and even though all locations says they are open no one answers the phones.....we spoke with someone who says we need a key to the outside doors but I've been to this unit 20times since September ... read more

Cheyenne is very professional with her work .if we had any questions , she can get an answer for you. If she did not have an answer , she gets the right answer in Reasonable time . Quality service professionally in a timely manner in any questions , very good Cheyenne thank you.

Came to camden after a rough move. First time in the south and I will say southern hospitality is a real thing. Cheyenne was amazing! She made sure to get me situated, gave me recommendations for what size unit would work best for me. She took the time to ensure I had a smooth move in process! I would recommend this storage company to others. THANK YOU CHEYENNE FOR BEING SO KIND!!
