My unit had been broken into, thousands of dollars worth had been stolen. I had not been notified of the break in for a week, almost 2 weeks, I was told I could be compensated for what had been stolen if I had reached out to someone but was never given the number or a way to reach out to said person. Another thing is them jacking up my rent by $50 per unit right after one of them had been broken into. I will not be using SROA again, or recommending it to anyobe. very upset about my experience. Very convenient website to rent storage thumbs up
Would be nice if you could actually talk with a local person as opposed to their call center. Even when you request a number for their local office, it gets rerouted back to the call center. Was provided an address for the local office, went there two times and never found anybody there. Had I known about this, I would’ve driven a little further to work with a truly local company.
Nothing works. Can't get in. Even the office couldn't open the gate. I want a refund.
