I would absolutely not use this company. I moved a whole house into a unit knowing I was paying $118 a month with a $30 insurance totalling $148 a month. I got a rate increase notice in the mail after 2 months saying it would be $153 a month rental and then $30 for the insurance with a total of $183!!! Absolutely do NOT use this place! They jack the prices without any warning or anything and you have no choice but to either pay it or lose your stuff!
