$137 to $174 a month! Wow, that's ridiculous! I have paid on time etc for many years, guess I need to move elsewhere!
Unit not unlocked for me when I showed up after calling to confirm unit and door pad key. Path to all entrance doors not shoveled. No manager on duty during their business hours to inquire why I could not get into unit. Super bad first experience.
Friendly and helpful
I give up. Rates have gone up 30$ in one year. Late fees are at a above standard rate. Stoarge unit is inaccessible more often then not during winter. Last winter I slipped 3 times they do no property upkeep other plowing your unit in / causing it to freeze solid that even a full grown man can't pull the door open. Ill be leaving this unit ASAP.
HOSTILE PROPERTY MANAGER! The property manager was hostile, vulgar, aggressive, and extremely disrespectful!!! STOA corporate headquarters and EXECUTIVE leadership are remiss and beyond ineffective. This same awful property manager oversees four locations in the area. The District Manager is just as bad.
