The customer service representative, Jennifer, was extremely helpful and kind.
The staff are friendly and helpful until we were trapped on their property on a Saturday morning before the office opened with our travel trailer. Only one half of gate would open. Upon calling, we were told to contact the police or fire department to help. They apparently have no after hours service to help you if the gate doesn’t work and had no interest in helping us. FYI, we did contact you directly (in person after you opened) and had to take the gate apart ourselves at the direction of the police to get out.
Go somewhere else! This place sux.
