My visit was very emotional because my mother had a storage space and she passed away. I wasn't on any of her papers. She was living with me and relocated about 3 years ago. Diane was so patient and understanding. She let me know that she would send papers that I had of my mother's to cooperate. Two months ago I started renting my storage unit and neglected to get a lock on my unit the first few days of having it. Diane was so helpful, putting a store lock on it and helping me secure my items. Not only that, but she waited until after closing hours to let me in to purchase the lock, which was really nice of her.
