Gentleman at the desk, I believe was named Pablo, was very helpful and pleasant. He worked with us time wise though I could tell he had a lot going on. He was still very pleasant and informative and patient.
Had a wonderful experience- very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and showed me around the units- highly recommend
Unit was dirty. I had to clean it out. The green tab to ensure me of security was not present. The door was absolutely troublesome to close. Had I not been a super strong guy, I could not have got to roll up door to close. It is in terrible Operation and needs Service desperately. Very high price for the 10x10 unit I got.... only Pleasant thing about the experience was the lady with their home office who helped me in the first place.
