The store manager was very helpful and niceeee!
Scott the manager for the New Castle locations is always there to help with anything his customers need. Has always helped in any good or bad situations. Only downfall is prices go up every few months and not just a little. I think they are one of the highest priced storage facilities in the area but they do make sure customers are happy
I had rented a unit for my daughter.From what I was told two people were able to act like me, and get employees to open my unit, without identification, information, or without me. Not to mention no key. How did this happen? Not sure. When I called to submit a complaint the lady told me someone would call me back. This was months ago. I paid on this rental unit for months before I had to change my account and card number. No one ever gets back to you.
