Is there a NO STAR? I rented for over 3 years and I moved in on a special paying around $80 and with increases that same unit is now almost $240. The condition of the property has declined and it is overgrown and dirty during the warm months and unplowed during the winter. I gave my notice to vacate per my lease and did so following all instructions. I had never used Autopay, but they swear I signed up an took the rent fee out after I vacated the unit. Signed up for a unit starting 1 June for an online special price. Today I receive a notice that 1 Sept my rate is increasing $35.00 a month from 95.00 a month That's a HUGE increase. Call the property manager and they state they have no Co troll, it's market value adjustment. I'll be out before the next billing Cycle. SHADY! stay away... Better options out there!
They are so nice there. I lost my keys and they cut off my lock so I could put a new lock on there. Thanks guys!
Excellent customer service! Michelle & Tina went the extra mile to provide the best storage rental experience all within a 15 minute period. Michelle is a sweetheart & she does an exceptional job in showing that she cares! 10/10 would recommend! Update: Josh really came in professionally, fixing the broken bay storage door asap. Waiting to hear back from corporate regarding my compensation for the duration of its inevitable malfunction. 2/2
