Gentleman at the New Castle storage unit was amazingly helpful, kind and pleasant!! He should get a raise!!
This location has units on both sides of the road. They often do not tell you which one your unit is in. Can be an issue when pulling a trailer because there is no where to turn around when you try the wrong gate.
