Company was wonderful adjusting my rate increases. Site manager Scott really helped make my experience over the phone a pleasant and productive experience.
The gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) at 303 Harbor Dr in New Castle that helped me get my unit was awesome. Friendly, informative, and gave me different options for my needs. Thank you! He made it quick and easy for me. Out of all the different ones nearby, I feel I chose the right location.
Very nice storage place! My dad has kept his stuff here for over 10years with no issues.
