Scott and Emily at West Harbor location were so incredibly helpful and friendly while I was helping my sister move after the loss of her husband. They made her experience as stress-free as possible and I can't thank them enough.
Every 3 months they updated my bill 80 to 110 to 159 gonna move my stuff before they do it again moved out early and they won't give me a prorated amount back terrible terrible company do not rent with them I want some money back and I will remove this review
I have been renting for sometime and recently need some assistance with my overhead door. The property manager was extremely helpful, I would recommend this company for any of you storage needs.
