This facility is great. Prices increasing is not. We started at 141$, after 1 month it increased to $200. Then i believe its 212 with taxes. Now before i left, the price increase was to 298$ without taxes. price has doubled and weve only been with yall since February 2025. It has only been 7 months. The staff tried to help me, but big SROA company did not. This is the first time I have used a storage company, and I will do everything in my existence to never use one again. Worst experience ever. I rented a climate control unit, the climate control wasn't working, I called asking for a solution. They told me I could pay to rent another unit or wait to have the property manager call me back. After 5 days the property manager never called. I called numerous times trying to speak with someone and was told the district manager would call me but they never did and that the manager about that person would call me but never did.
