We used the facility in Anderson, SC for over three years and they went above and beyond to be sure our storage spaces were safe and the area was clean. Paul the property manager gave us excellent customer service and was very helpful whenever we had questions. We had two storage units plus one vehicle and a travel trailer parked there. We just moved out of storage after buying a house and we are very pleased to not find any rodent debris or damages. Thank you Storage Rentals of America.

Debbie, on the phone, was very helpful as was Paul, on-site. He was pleasant, patient, informative, and very accommodating by not only showing us the location of our unit and the gate keypads, but ensured that we had a unit with a door entry conducive to the size of our storage items.
Another excellent job by the employees. They are so helpful and professional.
