I have been a customer since 2020. Storage Ready was a lifesaver with my move from another state and recently with the sale of my house. Iain has communicated and provided support throughout the entire rental. I even had the opportunity to visit a Clingstones game because he had tickets available for his customers. I'm never able to log in and pay my payment. Every month this happens. Each month I try my current log in and password. Never works. I try and pay prior to the due date. When I call the phone number I never get an person on the phone and they never call me back when I leave a VM. IM CHARGED A LATE FEE EVERY TIME. Its the lack of communication thats the biggest issue. Timew to find another lkocation to stor my trailer and UTV.
