Convenient location, clean facility, good security, friendly. 10x15 drive up unit has plenty of room for my needs.
Niantic storage has been extremely accommodating to my needs wintering my RV there. CJ is extremely responsive to phone calls. The grounds are clean and maintained well. Snow removal was excellent even in this difficult winter. I highly recommend The Storage Place for your storage needs .
We highly recommend this storage facility. We spoke with the owner CJ directly when we called to rent a unit. CJ was very helpful and accommodating, and we were able to start using the unit the same day we called. We rented a climate controlled unit, where we stored our piano and other items, for eleven months! When getting our piano tuned after it was removed from this storage, the tuner commented on how well it kept its tune, due to the quality of the air conditioned storage maintaining a constant temperature.
