Great facility, clean and spacious. Parking is awesome I can get right in.
I was worried that some of my things would suffer for the summer. I opted for temperature control and it was so worth it. Cool in the summer, dry.... humidity is the enemy of paper and it didn't get into my unit.
Used the Stonington and Centerbrook locations. Both are very clean and secure. CJ, one of the owners, is really helpful and responsive.
The most important part of storage is does the air control work? Yes I’ve always found it either warm in winter & nice & cool in the summer. It’s easy if one needs any sort of help or needs to get a hold of the owner/manager. Just a phone call away & you are connected to him. There are carts for your use & whenever (for sometimes the door stop has been abused & broken it is fixed right away). The building is also cleaned, I’ve been there when the cleaning guy has come.
