The customer service manager kile is great. He accommodated my problems. Has listened to my needs. And made everything good. You rock kile Lol.
This place is absolutely amazing. I went from a really big unit to a smaller unit and the transition was absolutely easy. The facilities are clean. I’ve not experienced any rats or mice or anything. It’s gated so you know that your stuff is safe. And they’re so wonderful to work with. I’ve rented from them for a year and I have gone through many other places for storage and I have never experienced a company so wonderful. Very friendly and great customer service. Kyle seems to be a great person to work with and very flexible.
Storage park - Michigan Ave location is a great place to rent. Always clean and functional facility. I am in and out of the facility at least twice a week and never have an issue.
