I drove from Florida with a car load to put in a unit I had rented online at another place. They had a lock on it and after waiting hours for someone that was suppose to come and take it off I was over them (not happy) I called storage park, rented a unit a had access immediately. Kuddos! for the great customer service and speedy last minute rental. And I was offered the same two month special just because of the aggravation the other place caused me. Thanks for the save 😊

Storage place is awesome but can't get a hold of the owners to pay my bill I don't want to lose my stuff they haven't sent me an invoice this month

Only giving two stars because Casey was kind and respectful on the phone however I’ve had a terrible experience with Storage Park. I booked a unit on Wednesday, went to go get into the unit and the gate code would not work. I called and no one answered, so I had to leave. They called me back and gave me a different code that they said should work. I said great!
